We enabled social login via Twitter

A couple of days ago we integrated a social login and enabled registration via Google and Facebook to make it as easy as possible for you to join our community. Finally we’re open to all Twitter users now and you can register within seconds using your Twitter account. All you need to provide additionally are your the Pokémon Go team you chose and if you want to get listed on the global Pokémon Go trainer map you’ll need to provide your country, city and ZIP code.

Registration & Login via Facebook enabled

To make it easier for you to join our Pokémon Go community we have already integrated with Google Authentication and promised to integrated more options for you (even if you should aready have a google account to play Pokémon Go ;-)).

In this very brief post, we just want to let you know that we enabled the registration and login using your Facebook account. No need to get bothered by too many different logins. Sign up with your Facebook credentials and start using our global Pokémon Go trainer/player map to find other players within your area.

Pokémon Go Worldwide Trainer Map

We are providing a map which shows the locations of all members on this website. Whenever you want to connect with someone nearby you to go out hunting Pokémons together, you’ll hopefully find someone using our global Pokémon Go trainer map. Different from what many people think, Pokémon Go is a very social game. You can easily get this confirmed by trainers – there are so many players outside and at a Pokéstop you will start talking to each other. Why not connecting with those trainers for future walks or to discuss the hottest Pokéstops in town?

Integrated with Google for Login and Registration

We have recently integrated a social login via Google. If you want to register you can simply use your existing Google account. As we said we’ll make it as easy and as comfortable as possible for you to join our Pokémon Go trainer community, we will also provide other social logins, e.g. Facebook, Twitter.


They will follow soon. Meanwhile you can register via Google to the Pokémon Go trainer community, get social and tell your friends about this platform 😉

Pokémon Go trainers are under observation by Niantic

Yesterday Niantic announced to take action against cheaters and trainers who are trying to use unfair ways of getting advances in Pokémon Go.

Our main priority with Pokémon GO is to provide a fair, fun, and legitimate game experience for all players. If our system has determined that you cheated, then you will receive an email stating that your account has been terminated.

There have been many tools out there to level your account automatically, to spoof GPS locations etc. During the last couple of weeks niantic already started banning IP addresses which were calling the API too often. How does that work?

pkmnGoes – your Pokémon Go community started!

Niantic’s rollout of their new game Pokémon Go created an incredible hype right away. During the last couple of weeks the app has been rolled out to several other coutries than the U.S. Wherever it was available everybody just wanted to get onto the game as soon as possible to start catching as many Pokémons as possible. There have been plenty of funny, weird but also serious news about the game and its players. Social media has been full of memes, jokes, ads and so much more – Pokémon Go everywhere!
